Mistakes happen and regulations may be interpreted in a way that is not in your favor.   Fire & Life Safety Solutions services clients across the Commonwealth. Our documentation and recommendations have been refined to meet the regulations and interpretations developed at DHS headquarters. If you receive a violation related to our documentation or recommendations, we will work with you to, if possible, have the violation removed or mitigated to the point where both you and your regulatory body are happy.  If we fail to achieve a reversal or satisfactory resolution of the violation, you will receive a refund of our fee.

We reserve the right to go to the highest authority available to accomplish this goal.
